1. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be shipped out.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with reliable couriers to deliver your orders:

  • Domestic : Standard courier (3–5 business days).

  • We may offer express or premium shipping options (e.g. courier overnight / priority), where available and at extra cost.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping if your order exceeds a certain amount (e.g. free shipping on orders over 15 KWD)

4. Tracking & Notification

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number (if available).

  • You can track the shipment through the courier’s website.

  • If there are delays or unexpected issues (weather, customs, etc.), we will inform you as soon as possible.

5. Failed / Unsuccessful Delivery

  • If the courier attempts delivery and fails (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), they may hold your package for pickup or attempt redelivery.

  • You must contact us within 5 business days if a delivery fails or is returned to us.

  • If the package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address provided by you, or refusal, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please provide complete and correct shipping address (street, city, postal code, contact number).

  • We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you wish to change your address after placing the order, contact us ASAP. We may not always be able to accommodate changes once the package is under courier custody.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • In the rare event your package is lost in transit, please inform us. We will coordinate with the courier to locate it.

  • If the package cannot be located or is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

  • Delays beyond our control (e.g. customs, severe weather, logistics issues) do not necessarily constitute a breach — but we will always assist in resolving the issue.
