1. Our Commitment

At Al Rehla Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer an exchange or return under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • The return or exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the item.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, sealed packaging, with all labels, tags, and wrapping intact.

  • For perfumes, due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are only accepted if the seal is intact and the product is undamaged.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or email confirmation).

  • Return shipping (to us) is at your cost, unless the return is due to our error (damaged item, wrong product, etc.).

3. What We Do After You Return / Exchange

  • Inspection & approval: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.

  • Exchange: If you requested an exchange (for a different scent, volume, or variant), and the replacement is available, we will ship it to you. If there’s a price difference, we will ask you to pay the difference (or refund you, if the new item is lower cost).

  • Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) using the same payment method you used, within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

  • Store credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Products whose seal has been broken, or that show signs of use

  • Gift cards

  • Items not received through official Al Rehla channels or that have been transferred/resold

5. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Service via email (info@alrehlaperfumes.com) or phone (listed on “Contact Us” page) within 7 days.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, reason for return/exchange, and a photo (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, package the item securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it back to us (we will send you the return address).

  5. After we receive and inspect it, we process your refund or send the replacement.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item, and your order details.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping), as per your preference.

7. Conditions to Note

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the conditions above.

  • Shipping fees to send the original order are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless otherwise agreed).
